Okay, friends. Here I am. This is one of my professional headshots, a little more than a year old; I look the same, I promise....Now...I'm gonna try something here that may never have been tried. This is partially tongue-in-cheek, but I'm also interested in who...if any at all...might respond. And it's in response to a challenge from a blogger friend who needs a lesson learned...
SOMEONE TO OPEN THE DOORS ONCE MORE...
55 years old. Shaven head, warm Irish demeanor. Free, open thinker. Stocky, strong of build. 5'7" and around 180 lbs or so, so not too much work to get back in shape...and working on it daily. Articulate, expressive, emotional. Calm, supportive, savvy. Loves to be bold and brave in all things; willing to take risks to improve the dealt hand. Lives in Chicago, where his work as an actor is still available, if not exactly plentiful. Loves people, animals, vegetables, minerals. Sports, music (a singer, to boot), movies (actually been in one film), loves to cook...read/write voraciously. Still very ambitious and owns a younger, more energized, more loving spirit. Deeply enjoys sitting in a saloon with a woman, bending an elbow, talking about life, mentioning who we'd fuck as they come through the door...
LOOKING FOR...
Friend/partner in life and love. Age is no matter, although I would dearly love someone who has some interest in my own frame of reference, if not close in age. Takes care of herself (body, mind, spirit). Has her own ambitions, opinions on issues. Still enjoys letting it all loose once in a great while. Sexually open and exploring (and yes, that means exactly what you think it means) and willing to COMMUNICATE and TRUST...my own little relationship mantra. Must be experienced in the ways, the intents and the risks of love and sex (I don't want to be a teacher here). Still dreams of her own nirvana, her own ultimates. Knows how to share and when to keep herself FOR herself. Above all, she 'gets' me and/or is willing to learn said 'getting'. Must live within 200 miles of Chicago...or is willing to travel...a great way to take that first 'risk' with me. You will never be bored...If I can't get it or do it, we'll find someone who can or will. I ask only that you try...we wake up together, we go to bed together (even when we're apart)...all else is the open canvas for creation.

Now that I have satisfied this fellow blogger on a dare, I do wonder who and what kind of woman might actually find mileage in such courage...Oh...and most of all....If you look at this man here and find him not your preference, fine. Just don't laugh and point...I've endured enough of that kind of 'humor' in life. Hopefully, you would enjoy the man here for his honesty, his continuing search in life, and his incorruptible charm...:)

I really do love how you lay it all out there, Ron. You're very "what you see is what you get," in a wonderfully unapologetic way. If someone doesn't like it, it's their loss. I wish more people were the same way.
